Training offer's a wide variety of programs designed to help enrich and develop the clients personal potential.
Personalized
programs will be created for each clients and trainers have experience training all levels from novice exercisers to competitive
body builders.
Each program
will be specifically designed to incorporate a cardiovascular workout along with weight training. This in turn will
enrich and develop coordination, balance, cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone, and start the fat burning process.
All of the
routines offered by Physique are overseen and in most cases designed by Joe Dupuis, the direct result of his thirty years
of personal training research and experience as a competitive coach.

Rate Schedule;
- First consultation
with workout is FREE of charge!
- One-hour
individual sessions not a part of a monthly contract are $70.00 per hour payable at time of session.
Discounted
hourly rates for monthly contracts!
- Month to
month, threes times per week over a one month period. The cost is $65.00 per hour.
Payment is
due on the first session.
- This is our
most popular, 36 one hour sessions, three times per week over a three month period.
The cost is
$58.00 per session.
Payment is
due on the first session.
- This commitment
includes 72 one hour sessions of personal training. the sessions are one hour, three times a week for six months. It may seem
as though six months is a long commitment but generally it takes close to this amount of time to really get close to attaining
your fitness goals.
The cost is
$48.00 per session.
